Saturday

 Saturday we got to North Carolina. What a relief, we had been in the car for hours. We we're all starting to get a little stir crazy. But the car ride was fun the last 2 hours because we stopped at a really cool historical place called "House in the Horseshoe". Then we got to the hotel and it was beautiful. It was on a lake with an indoor and outdoor pool that collided so you wouldn't have to get out to go outside or inside! And it had a basketball court that my brother loved. And it had a sidewalk that went all the way around the lake. When we got to the hotel, my brother and I  threw on our bathing suits and we dove right into the pool and swam for about 1 hour. Then when we got out of the pool, we put on nice clothes and went to a bar-b-que restaurant called "The-Q-Shack". Then we went to the hotel and that was the end to a perfect day!!!
